At Creative Lighting, we want your home to shine in the best possible light. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the lighting fixture you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
